Written by AndroidRed Friday, 17 May 2013 00:51

Email—we can't live or work without it. For most, email communication is how they stay connected to customers, the office and keep up-to-date on newsletters they've subscribed to. Without proper attention, email inboxes can become a fearful place. Here are five easy steps to keep your inbox organized.

1. Use Labels

Most email platforms like Gmail and Outlook allow you to set labels to keep your inbox organized.

LifeHacker recommends taking the time to set up labels based on category such as To Do, Business Contacts, Family and Friends, Newsletters and Reminder and there aren't limits to the amount of labels you can set. If your business email account is constantly receiving questions about a product or service, set up a label for "customers" or better yet, create an FAQ page on your website and provide answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Apple TV with No Innovations Last Year due to iPhone Dominance

Written by Erez Zundy Tuesday, 07 May 2013 02:19

The Wall Street analysts criticized Apple a lot in the last year. The main reason for this was their lack of innovations. This might be reasonable because we haven’t seen anything newer from Apple recently. However, the company answered to the attacks by releasing commercial that focuses on their market dominance in the USA.

The commercial is really genius because unlike all those ads we are used to see from its rivals, speaking of different hardware and software innovations, Apple’s commercial shows their latest iPhone – 5, as a tool of every day’s life. The spots focused on the ad are taking pictures, cropping them into gallery images and of course, using the great panorama option.

The whole commercial is actually shot as a little film and looks really great. It takes place in some of the most beautiful place in Japan and USA and has some really great moments. Unlike most technology-related ads we see every day, here is only one piece of dialog that says “There are many new photos taken daily with the iPhone rather than any other camera”. Pretty smooth, right?

Someone Just Posted Something Online and Maybe They Shouldn’t Have

It’s the relatively new story that’s already gotten old.

Anyone with a profile on a social networking site, be it Facebook, Twitter, or another, has seen or maybe even experienced this unfortunate slip. In a moment of thoughtlessness, a wayward status update or Tweet suddenly enters the digital sphere.

Once it’s posted, there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Today, the over-sharer or mis-tweeter can be anyone from your next door neighbor to a United States Congressperson.

Over-sharing and mis-tweeting can be embarrassing, awkward, damaging to relationships and reputations, dangerous, and even downright criminal. Yet, despite all this, many still race to the nearest computer, tablet, smartphone, or other device to update their friends and followers with news about their private lives: With no thought of the consequences.
